Section 1

Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the 777t platform, including all related websites, mobile interfaces, products, services, and content (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 777t ("we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, depositing funds, placing a wager, or otherwise using the 777t Platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all users of the 777t Platform, regardless of their location. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform. You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration information to keep it accurate and complete at all times. 777t reserves the right to request additional documentation as part of its KYC (Know Your Customer) process, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used for deposits.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify 777t support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. 777t will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account where such use was made possible by your failure to adequately protect your login credentials.

• All registration information provided must be truthful and accurate. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.
• Each player may hold only one account. Duplicate accounts are subject to closure and forfeiture of any associated funds or winnings.
• You are responsible for all activity on your account. Do not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• 777t reserves the right to freeze or close any account where KYC documentation cannot be satisfactorily completed within a reasonable timeframe.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

777t facilitates deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via approved mobile financial services. All financial transactions on the Platform are subject to the following terms. We reserve the right to alter supported payment methods at any time by updating this page. Players are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used for deposits is registered in their own name.

Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

From time to time, 777t offers bonuses and promotional rewards to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to their own specific terms, which are communicated at the time of the offer. The following general principles apply to all bonus and promotional activity on 777t.

• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or glitches to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other mechanical or electronic means to interact with the Platform other than normal human gameplay.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or event offered on the Platform.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or otherwise illegally obtained payment instruments to fund an account or attempt to process a withdrawal.

Section 8

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, software, trademarks, logos, game interfaces, and other intellectual property displayed on or accessible through the 777t Platform are the property of 777t or its licensed content partners and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of 777t.

Section 9

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

777t provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777t disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. 777t does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Technical interruptions may occur from time to time due to maintenance, server issues, or third-party service provider failures.

In no event shall 777t, its directors, officers, employees, partners, or content providers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if 777t has been advised of the possibility of such damages. 777t's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player during the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Section 10

Account Suspension and Termination

777t reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if, in 777t's sole discretion, there is reason to believe that the account holder has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform, or if required to do so by applicable law or a competent regulatory authority. Upon closure of an account, any remaining real-money balance (net of applicable deductions) will be returned to the player via the payment method on file, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Section 11

Amendments to These Terms

777t reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 777t will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to active players, which may take the form of a notice on the Platform or an email to the registered account address. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account by contacting support.
